No building on the floating center island  this is where we will be doing events .You can farm there 

If you raid do not wipe bases raid get your prize and get out and allow a 48 hr grace for rebuild

No building in caves 

No blocking major resource spawns i will give warnings if i see you are blocking resources if you dont move i will take action my self
